What is an active contact for licensing?

DailyStory licensing is determined by how many customers you communicate with. A contact in DailyStory is uniquely identifiable person either by email or mobile phone.

What are your support hours?

Our customer support team is available Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM CST. We're available on chat and email.

Do you offer discounts?

How am I billed for the service?

For month-to-month billing, we require a valid credit card. For annual billing, you can make a single payment via credit card or pay by invoice. Credit cards will be billed on the day of the month that your service started, e.g. if you sign up on April 2nd you will be billed again May 2nd.

Is the service month-to-month?

Yes, unless you request an annual contract the DailyStory service is a month-to-month service.

Is a credit card required to start?

No, you can start for free and a credit card is not required. If your usage exceeds the free limits you will need to provide a credit card when you upgrade.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there no setup fee when creating a new account. The price you see is the price you pay per-month.

I'm not technical, can I still use DailyStory?

We've made DailyStory as approachable as possible. But, if you need help, we'd be happy to help you set up the service or configure it.

Can you do everything for me?
