Next, we'll drop in 6 starter campaigns built exclusively for American Shaman owners that include automated purchase follow-ups, bringing customers back, reward programs and special events.
Finally, you'll get onboarding support to help you get acquainted with DailyStory and launch your pre-built campaigns.
Additionally, you'll receive complimentary promotional campaigns each month created by American Shaman corporate to use at your leisure.
WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH AMERICAN SHAMAN?
DailyStory has partnered with American Shaman and built a direct integration with the Feathers Point of Sale system. DailyStory syncs data from Feathers once an hour automatically. Using this data you can create highly targeted campaigns and messaging for new members, prospective members, members who haven't visited recently and so much more.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND ADDITIONAL TEXT MESSAGES?
You can send as many additional text messages as you want. Anything over the included 2,500 will be billed to your card on file at the rate of $.0125 per message.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 3,000 CONTACTS?
Yes! You can have as many contacts as you like. Anything over 3,000 will be billed to the card on file at a rate of $20 per 1,000 contacts over 3,000.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE FEATHERS POS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE ACCOUNT?
Yes. You have to be using the American Shaman Feathers Poiny of Sale system to take advantage of the complimentary DailyStory account.
IF I'M USING ANOTHER POS CURRENTLY, CAN I SWITCH TO FEATHERS AND BRING MY CUSTOMERS REWARDS POINTS WITH ME?
Yes. Please contact your American Shaman representative for help transition to the Feathers Point of Sale system and bring over your customer rewards data.
WHAT ARE YOUR SUPPORT HOURS?
Our live chat is available Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM CST. You can also access the Help Suite Documents online 24 hours a day and file a support ticket after hours.
WILL I EVER BE BILLED FOR THE SERVICE?
No! The only charges you will see are any overages for the allotted contacts and text message credits.
I'M NOT TECHNICAL. CAN I STILL USE DAILYSTORY?
Yes! We've made DailyStory as approachable and user friendly as possible. But if you need some help, we have live chat, a Help Suite of documents, guided tutorials and weekly webinars you can join just for American Shaman owners.
CAN YOU JUST DO EVERYTHING FOR ME?
You bet! Many of our customers hire us in a "turn-key" role. We help design, plan, and execute the digital marketing for your business and operate the day-to-day activities. You can purchase managed services right from within your DailyStory account.
WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
You'll sign up directly for your DailyStory account via a link provided by Corporate. Then an email will be sent and will contain a link for you to activate your DailyStory account as soon as you're ready.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE UP AND RUNNING WITH DAILYSTORY?
We'll have you up and running within 1-3 business days and send you steps to work on while we're setting up your account, starter campaigns and pre-built automations.
